Fishing Experience Age 4-14

Get ready for a day of fun, learning, and outdoor adventure at
the 2026 Fishing Experience! This beloved annual event will
be held on Saturday, May 16 at Old Fishing Hole Park (Frager Rd.,
south of West Meeker). This FREE event offers kids a chance to learn fishing skills
and explore the great outdoors.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• While this event is FREE, registration is required. Spots fill quickly!
Last day to register is Wednesday, May 13, if there is any room available.
• Limit of one spot per child. To ensure fairness, each child may only
register for one time slot. Duplicate registrations will be removed,
and you will be assigned the earliest time slot.

• Hands-on fishing lessons with experienced guides.
• Opportunities to catch trout in a safe and supportive environment.
• Learn water safety and how to care for the environment.
• All equipment is provided - just bring your excitement! HERO is an exciting, high energy mobile health and nutrition program
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot for check-in. that brings the fun right to you – FOR FREE! Weekdays from June 22 to
August 7, we’ll be visiting a site near you with a variety of traditional
Old Fishing Hole | FREE | D. Hobbs and not-so-traditional sports and activities. We’ll discuss healthy
eating and lifestyles, complete some creative projects, and have fun!

a fun week filled with group games, spring-themed crafts, and memory-making
experiences. We'll take a trip over to the movie theater for a kid's movie - with
snacks! Don't wait too long to sign up as spots fill quickly. Go online or give us a

$50 non-refundable fee is included in the cost of camp.
Cancellations must be made at least 5-business days in advance of the start of
