P. 3
Hey Neighbor,
As the winter season approaches, I am thrilled to share all the exciting opportunities our Parks
Department has planned for you this year. Whether you're looking for family-friendly fun, ways
to stay active, or creative experiences, there truly is something for everyone.
Our Adaptive Recreation programs are truly remarkable, ensuring that all members of our
community can participate and enjoy a variety of activities. For our seniors 50 and better, we
offer programs designed to keep you engaged, active, and connected—it's never too late to try
something new!
And, of course, the beloved Spotlight Series is back, bringing a variety of performances that
promise to entertain and inspire. It's a tradition that brings warmth to our winter nights and
showcases amazing talent from near and far.
I invite you to explore the guide, find something that excites you, and make the most of what
our Kent Parks team has to offer this winter.
See you out there!
