EXCLUDE WHAT ISN’T GOOD FOR YOU
The first step in a spring cleanse is
to stop eating and drinking whatever continues to fill your body with toxins. Start by getting rid of anything containing white flour, and move on with excluding sugar, processed food, junk food, heated fats and
oils and high-salt foods. Some of the worst foods to consume during a detox period are meat (it slows down digestion), dairy products (they’re acidic and slow down the
cleanse), and gluten (it irritates the gut).
INCLUDE WHAT’S GOOD FOR YOU
Detoxification doesn’t mean living
on the air you breathe. You can still
eat delicious meals, as long as they’re light and healthy for your organism. Here are a couple of detox diet tips that should guide you: Eat warm cooked foods, such as soups and broths. Eat fresh organic foods. Drink at least eight cups of water every day.
