P. 3

Dear Bob, September 2021

When you were coming home to Michigan on your farewell tour, a friend of mine in the music
industry told me she would get a letter into your hands through her friend, Alto.

Instantly, a vision appeared in my mind…a photo album - brown, rectangular with gold
on the front. I had only $1 to my name and grabbed my keys. The nearby trading post had
only one photo album - brown, rectangular with gold on the front — for only a buck!

Old and tattered around the edges, in my mind it was perfect. A little victory and my
                     bottom dollar felt heaven spent.

When my friend let me down soon after completion, the album was set aside, but not

forgotten. However, Regret would haunt me if I didn’t go the distance.

Nearly 2 1/2 years have passed since creating the enclosed. My world was different then—

a lonesome stretch of gray. I have become resilient in countless ways. But, recent storms
have delivered a reality check and Today’s winds carry the whisper of winter. It’s time for
                     change.

A new chapter in Life...Maybe it will feel good to finally turn the page!

                     Fondly, Your Cousin ~
