MC meeting

(the procedures under Sch 2 shall apply)(s.6)

 An MC shall at least once in every period of 3 months (Para 7, Sch 2)

 Subject to DMC provisions, there is no general right for owners other than the MC

members to attend the MC meeing
 Duty of the secretary to display the minutes of the MC meeting in a prominent place within 28
days of the date of the meeting (para. 10(4B), Sch 2)

 Duty of MC to keep th minutes for 6 years and owner may request for a copy of the minutes (para.
10(5), Sch 2)

 Convened any time by the chairman

 Secretary shall also convene 召集 a MC meeting within 14 days of receiving the request of
any 2 MC members, and the meeting shall be hold 召開 within 21 days (para. 8, Sch 2)

 Convene = arrange for a meeting, (give notice of the meeting)

 Hold = causing the meeting to actually take place
