Removal

 Disqualified for appointment as mc member if

 He is an undischarged bankrupt 未解除破產的破產人 within the

previous 5 years; or

 Convicted of a criminal offence within the previous 5 years and has been

sentenced for a term exceeding 3 months’ imprisonment

 Automatic removal if ceased to be an owner

 By a resolution passed in the owners’ meeting (para. 4(2)(f), Sch 2)

 By a resolution passed in the owners’ meeting to remove member

and replace another member (s.14(2))
