Automotive Update
Year 7: Meccano Projects
Students have been building a range of model engines and cars. These range from V8 engines to V-twin motorbikes.
Year 11: Bianca Hammond was able to help Miss Roocke out by changing her right
rear tyre. It had developed a dangerous bulge and needed to be replaced. She also did what most good mechanics do, and gave her car a quick wash. What a good sport she was!
Year 12: Caleb Newham has been working on his major project. Part of this project involves the dismantling of a complete car and then recycling the components.
Year 12: Zander Ford, re-wiring and soldering the trailer plug in preparation for learning to wire trailer boards.
