                meeting Brookfield GRS’ Premier Service program goal of 95% customer satisfaction.
                This is a goal that mirrors those set by clients, and cascades to all Brookfield GRS employees, as well as to brokers
                and suppliers.

                At the end of your move you will have the opportunity to complete an online customer satisfaction survey . The
                survey will ask you to rate your customer service experience on a six-point scale with six representing “Completely
                Satisfied” with the service provided, and one representing “Completely Dissatisfied.”

                Throughout the transaction, both my relocation director and I will be checking in with you at key intervals to
                confirm we are meeting or exceeding your expectations. If at any time you have a concern about the service being
                delivered, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, my relocation director, or to your contact at Brookfield GRS, so
                that we may make necessary adjustments.

                Our objective is to provide you with the highest level of Premier Service, from beginning to end, in the hopes of
                receiving a “Completely Satisfied” rating in the survey’s real estate broker category.
