CHRISTINE CARREJO, Corona Branch Manager

estate agent in California and is a member with East Valley Association of Realtors and the
National Association of Realtors. Christine graduated with a Masters in Business Administration
and has been practicing real estate for 6 years. With over 15 years experience from one end of the
real estate spectrum to the other; managing a financial institution, originating mortgage loans,
working at a title company, assistant to an appraiser, flipping houses, staging houses and owning a
home inspection company. Christine has the tools she needs to guide her customers through a
seamless and enjoyable transaction. Her knowledge, kindness and honest hard work will
guide you through all the phases of the real estate transaction. Her experience and passion for
excellence make her a great leader to the agents around her.
RUDY RAMIREZ, Moreno Valley Branch Manager
Rudy has been a licensed Realtor since 2000. He has a unique background including 7 years
Mortgage lending experience prior to Real Estate. In addition to helping buyers and sellers in
the Inland Empire, his greatest passion is the personal and business development of others. "I
love to teach and train, and have fun in the process!" The success of others is Rudy's top priority.
Rudy has been happily married 32 years and is the father of 6. He is involved in his community
in many ways including schools, and many faith-based organizations. "Whether its raising your
family or growing your business, I think I can help." Rudy is on Duty 24/7 for his agents and for
all who press him into service.
MICHELE 'SHELLY' HERRING, Director Training & Technology
Shelly assumed the role of Training and Technology Director in July of 2019 after a
two-decade-long career in Marketing, Sales and Recruiting. In her role, Shelly is responsible
for contributing to the company’s strategic growth by supporting the total operation
and setting up the organization for growth by supporting its most valuable resource: it's
Agents. Her areas of focus include technology infrastructure, social media, online reputation
management and training. Throughout her career, Shelly has been instrumental in realigning
infrastructures, organizing and implementing company rebranding efforts, and developing
business systems and plans.
TODD RIDGWAY, Director of Relocation
Todd Ridgway is a Riverside native and a lifetime resident of Southern California where he and
his wife of over 30 years have raised two amazing daughters in their home of 20 years. As a
decorated member of the US Army, Todd Ridgway led an infantry squad in Iraq and has held
leadership positions throughout his career in real estate and finance. In addition to being a
practicing residential Realtor and the Director of Relocation with Berkshire Hathaway
HomeServices California Realty, Todd is involved with many highly fulfilling organizations:
Riverside Chamber of Commerce – Membership Director for the Magnolia Center Business
Council, Board Member Path of Life Ministries, Active “Big” with Big Brother Big Sisters of the
