Here are some home inspectors for your consideration. You can of course use an inspector of
your choice. These are not listed in any particular order.

My favorite inspector retired a couple of years ago, so I don't necessarily endorse or recommend
individuals. Contact these guys and select the one you feel most comfortable with, or search for
other local inspectors. (FYI -Levi Carrejo is the husband of a friend, I have not used him
personally, but I hear great things about him. this is just for full disclosure, not an
endorsement.) Let me know who you decide to use, and a requested inspection date and time
and I will coordinate with the listing agent for access.
