the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in
the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the
Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
Thus far, Keith has furnished us with
illustrations of the sounding of the first five
trumpets. But we must now take leave of him,
and proceed to the application of the new
feature of the prophecy here introduced;
namely, the prophetic periods.
