This extensive list of what is Self-in-Sin is for
you to understand that this self is very real,
very biblical, and very present in the life.
“Selfishness is inwrought in our very being, it
has come to us, as an inheritance {HS 138.7}.
The psalmist David said it this way:
“Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin
did my mother conceive me” Psalm 51:5.
What must be done with this old man of
sin, our carnal nature, our self-life, our
natural life, our Adamic nature?
The “Old Man of Sin:” must die on the Cross
and be permanently buried with Jesus, NOT
TO RISE AGAIN! (Romans 6:6-11).
Are we here referring to just the evil of SELF?
Do you know that the good of SELF must die
as well?
