to repent of her fornication; and she repented

not.” But as there was a day of recompense

with Jezebel, so there will be with the

oppressive power of the papacy. Jezebel was

thrown from a window and dashed to pieces,

and dogs ate her body. Ahab was slain, and

dogs licked up his blood, and his sons were

also killed. Of the “mystery of iniquity” it is

recorded, “Behold, I will cast her into a bed,

and them that commit adultery with her into

great tribulation, except they repent of their

deeds. And I will kill her children with death;
