proclamation of freedom must come from

within their own borders before there could

be peace and help from without. When it

should come from within, God’s word pledged

the support of even their enemies. These

principles are true in the body of Christians to-

day. The spread of the gospel will be an easy

work, and it will be as the voice of a mighty

angel enlightening the world, when God’s

people proclaim liberty among themselves.

“From the going forth of the commandment to

restore and to build Jerusalem unto Messiah
