testimony showing that the first part of

Revelation 18 has special reference to the

religious oppression to be developed in the

United States by professed Christians. Thus:

for papists in the day of the execution of God’s

judgment than for such men. ... The names of

the oppressors are written in blood, crossed

with stripes, and flooded with agonizing,
