Is it ever in the best interests of children to be removed by warrant to enforce contact with another parent? This presentation will look at New Zealand research on when children are removed by warrant to enforce contact with another parent. New Zealand comparisons will be made with other jurisdictions such as Australia, the UK and the USA.
