Domestic violence, alienation process and high con ict are often seen in Family Law cases. This workshop will assist on how to de ne and identify the different markers and behaviours that differentiate them but also look at how these issues intersect and overlap in families. This workshop will also explore the most effective parenting plans that might be implemented when these dynamics have been identi ed. This workshop is aimed at both lawyers and social scientists with Stephen discussing strategies to work through such cases and Phil examining ways to conceptualize and assess these issues.
