WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF SIN?


    1) Sin is defiling: it has a pollu ng effect. It
        is filthy, staining the souls of men, blo ng
        out God's image.
    2) Sin is antagonism against God. It is rebellion;
         walking in open confronta on and opposi on
         to and a trampling of God's laws under the
         feet. Sin is the ul mate act of selfish ego that
         makes the sinner to do what he wants in
         spite of God's commands.
    3) Sin is a disease. Through sin, evil overpowers
        and dominates the will mind and affec on
        of the unregenerate and brings him under
        control of Satan.
    What then? are we be er than they? No, in no
    wise: for we have before proved both Jews and
    Gen les, that they are all under sin; as it is
    wri en, There is none righteous, no, not one:
    There is none that understandeth, there is none
    that seeketh a er God. They are all gone out of
    the way, they are together become unprofitable;
    there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
    Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their
    tongues they have used deceit; the poison of
