Essential Functions
• Research, including searching of legal records, survey STORINO GEOMATICS, PLLC
records, and land titles to obtain information relative to 165 Mullin Street

NSPS, and FEMA surveys etc.
• Cutting and clearing of brush and trees from survey lines
and boundaries utilizing machetes, axe, chainsaws and
other cutting tools
• Performance of construction layout and associated
calculations
• Familiarity with use of GPS/GNSS equipment, conventional
and robotic total stations, data collectors and levels
• Ability to apply basic surveying concepts and calculations
for required fieldwork
• Must prepare and maintain clean, neat, legible, field-
notes, sketches, maps, and reports of surveys
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including
measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Draft professional grade mapping using AutoCAD and
prepare legal descriptions of surveys
• Routinely clean and service surveying equipment to
ensure functional operational accuracy
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to
assist in survey proposal preparation
Required Skills & Behaviors
• Prior experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Prior experience in AutoCAD (Carlson) is preferred
• Prior field data collection experience is preferred
