Virtual Meeting

Meeting called to order at 2:06pm by President Daniel Marvin. V. Executive Vice President’s Report

in over 50 virtual meetings and webinars since July. A lot of events were

IV. President’s Report • Jane Blair is retiring from SBELSG. Board is looking for a replacement.
Dan Marvin reported: Rob Lopez will serve as Acting Executive Secretary.
• Strategic Planning is postponed until May. • CE Bill was signed into law and will take effect in January 2022. Draft
• Education Committee canceled the Fall Workshops since only 7 regulations were approved and will be published in the NYS Register on
September 29th with a 60 day public comment period. In December the
