Your Host: Eastern New York Society of Land Surveyors
Eastern New York Society of Land Surveyors was founded in 1962 and incorporated in 1963. They represent the counties
of Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren and Washington. They are honored to
come together with their fellow statewide members and colleagues to host our 67 celebration.
                                                                                th
              About the Cover:
The cover artwork includes a depiction of the Saratoga Monument. The Saratoga Monument, completed in 1883, which
features Gothic and Egyptian styled elements, is a rock-faced granite obelisk that stands 154½ feet tall. Aptly located in the
Village of Victory, the Monument commemorates the Battle of Saratoga and the turning point in the American Revolutionary
War. Within the Monument are 188 steps that connect five levels and a viewing platform at the top overlooking a 360° view
of the Hudson River Valley. Find out more at https://www.nps.gov/sara/planyourvisit/saratoga-monument.htm.

              All-in-One Registration Pricing
Our Conference and Finance Committees worked hard to streamline the registration process and provide more value and
less worrying at our event. All conference registrations include meals! Whether you come for 1 day or 3 days, you won’t
need to worry about additional lunch fees on top of the registration fee.

              Student Networking Day 2026
The NYSAPLS Education Committee has designed an afternoon including an introduction to the “real world” of surveying
to assist current students enrolled in survey related programs. It is also a great way to get to know some of the faculty
from the colleges offering surveying curriculums on the exhibit floor and potentially recruit new employees upon
graduation. Please join us for this important event to help our future licensees.

              Extraordinary Exhibition Experience!
Spend more time perusing our exhibits and getting the most out of your conference experience. Once again, we will
feature exhibit hall presentations showcasing the latest advancements and trends in surveying technology. Don’t forget
to stop by in-between classes so you can vote on our annual map contest entries, bid on silent auction items for our
scholarship fund, visit the NYSAPLS Bookstore and member lounge, discover new member benefits and connect with
vendors, friends and other business professionals.
Take a few moments to review the extensive program our volunteer committees have worked so hard to put together for
you. Thank you for joining us as we celebrate 67 years of showcasing our great profession!
              Sincerely,
