TCS IT WIZ

Asking questions has been a trait aiding
one to inquire into Nature. This inquisitive
temperament has led to the unfolding of
many mysteries.
Aiming to build awareness and
emphasizing on the importance of IT skills
the Tata Consultancy Services conducted
the TCS IT WIZ on 30th August,2019,India's
biggest Inter school IT Quiz,hosted by none
other than Giri 'Pickbrain'
Balasubramanium, where Ayush Karn and
Vivek Kumar of XII C were selected for the
regionals,in which more than 1200 students had taken part from schools all over Eastern India and
only 6 teams were selected for the on stage round .Finally our team secured the fourth position . The
prizes included a merit certificate signed by the Chief Marketing Officer of TCS, Ravi Vishwanathan,
and amazon gift voucher worth rupees 5000.A hearty congratulations to both the winners.

QUIZTOPIA

The Annual Cultural, Management and Sports Fest of XLRI, Jamshedpur organized a quiz event 'Back
to the Roots' in its Ensemble-Valhalla on 1st November,2019.The event witnessed 100 teams
registering for the event and all the four teams of Rajendra Vidyalaya did remarkably well as they
were selected for the second round. The team comprising Ayush Karn and Vivek Kumar of 12'C'
reached the ultimate glory by battling out multiple rounds of quizzing as they secured the 1" position
and were awarded with a merit certificate along with a cash prize of 5,000. The team comprising
Harsh Verma and Sahil Singh of 12'A' and 12'B' respectively were shortlisted for the final round in the
same event.
