Summer 2019
BAYSWATER NEWS
Welcome
By Benjamin Scott
Welcome to Summer! I am certainly looking forward to the warmer
weather and am excited about a number of the upcoming Summer
Nakul & Ellen dancing at Indian Cultural Day
events our Leisure & Lifestyle team have been preparing for you all,
although I will admit that I am most excited about our Annual Pool
Party on 12 December.
We have a new face that will be joining our client service team this
month. Mary will be based at the Level 1 Reception desk and will be
working alongside Suzy as a Client Services Coordinator. Please make
her feel welcome when you speak with her on the phone or meet her
at the desk.
It has been great to hear a lot of positive feedback from Residents
and Relatives since the introduction of our Standing Ovation Award Lovely Ladies' Hour
for Staff. Remember to keep an eye on the posters in the lifts for
more information on the current month's winner. We are also on the
count down to the Cranbrook Care Excellence Awards where our
Limelight Trophy will be awarded to three staff members who have
excelled this year in their roles and lived the Cranbrook Care values.
Their names will be placed on the Trophy and they will each receive a
$500 bonus. The Limelight Trophy will be back on display in the Club
Lounge after the awards evening on 6 December.
Feedback is always welcome. If you have a suggestion, constructive Denise and Norma at Gunners Barracks High Tea
comment, or a positive comment to make please write this down on a
My Thoughts form. They are located outside the lifts on Ground and
Level 2, and next to the exit in the Basement and on Level 1.
As always if you need anything please don’t hesitate to contact me on
0456 063 500 or via email bscott@bayswatergardens.com.au
Warmest regards,
Gunners Barracks High Tea
