Housekeeping Update and Dining Hotline

The Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission
Welcome everyone, especially our new
families. We are very excited to have you have established a Food, Nutrition and Dining
Hotline for aged care residents. You can call the

family. With the Festive Season almost Hotline if you have questions or enquiries about
the food, nutrition and/or dining experience that
here, we are looking forward to friends and
family members visiting our residents at you or a loved one is receiving in aged care. You

COVID-19 Screening To contact the Hotline call 1800 844 044.
Currently, visitors are still required to sign in
at each visit and all visitors must upload a
photo of their Rapid Antigen Test result
from the day of their visit to our Screening
Form. Please make sure your visits are safe,
by wearing a mask properly. Regardless of
the results of your Rapid Antigen Test, if you
are unwell, please do not visit our
residence.

We encourage residents and families to
share their thoughts on the care and
services at Bella Vista Gardens. Please use
the My Thoughts online via

s/ or the My Thoughts forms which are
located at reception and in the Piano
Lounge. Once you have expressed your
thoughts, please place the leaflets into the
suggestions box which will be cleared daily.
