Recognising Our Staff

Each year our staff nominate three of their
peers for a Limelight Award. With bragging
rights and $500 in recognition of living the
Cranbrook Care Values awarded to each of
the recipients. Congratulations to our
Limelight Winners for 2021.

Amit Rijal
Meet our CEO, Lee Carissa Amit is so caring, especially for our residents
in Memory Support. Our staff respect Amit
and he connects well with our families.

Thank you for the support I’ve received in my first
month as Chief Executive Officer at Cranbrook Care. Karuna Ranabhat
I started nursing as a carer 31 years ago and then For being genuine and very caring. Karuna
trained to be a Registered Nurse which I have been continually shows respect to our residents
now for 26 years, working in various roles including and her peers and is an inspiring role model.

I am very passionate about the care and service
delivered to our residents. At Cranbrook Care we
strive for exceptional wellbeing for our residents,
physical and emotional security, and excellence in
both our built environment and our service. I also
believe that we need to strive to provide a great
workplace for all our staff, where they feel
supported and empowered through training and
education.

Strengthening corporate governance and clinical
leadership are just two of the many reforms
required in the transformation of the Aged Care
sector post the Royal Commission into Aged Care.
Both are crucial in ensuring quality care, service and
support to our residents, our families, and our
valued staff in the future. I look forward to working
with everyone to continue to achieve this.
