         Dear Residents, Relatives and Friends,

         The coming months are sure to bring some great weather and
         exciting activities for our residents. Catherine and her team in
         Leisure & Lifestyle have put together some amazing activities.

         Here are just a few:

         •  Donna Cain Opera Performance (Manns Avenue)

         •  ANZAC Day Service
         •  Yacht Squadron Luncheon

         I am sure you have all met Sargon, Property Services Manager.
         Sargon is on site Monday to Friday and is able to assist you and
         your loved one in making their suites as homely as possible. This
         is from hanging paintings and pictures to helping with that

         Please feel free to contact me should you require Sargon’s
         assistance. With the recent refurbishment we installed public
         WiFi throughout the residence. This will allow you 1 GB free per
         month to use when visiting your loved one. Should you wish to
