February Alice Holley

As a resident of Bayswater Gardens, Alice Holley is a very engaging and

charming woman. Alice brings a kind-heartedness, a wholesome laugh
7 Feb Kaye G. and great big smile with her to each event here at Bayswater Gardens.
Growing up in Ashfield, Alice grew up with a close-knit family of four

brothers and four sisters!
10 Feb Soead De P.
Over the years, Alice witnessed many changes in the local area. She
11 Feb Dawn L. attended local schools and soon after finishing school, met her husband,
who was in the Air Force during World War II. After the war, the couple
13 Feb Brenda M.
married and moved across to Concord. Together they purchased a
16 Feb Ronald R. Panel-Beating business where Alice worked and managed the
administrative side of things.
17 Feb Pamela G.
Alice and her husband started a family, soon after, having two sons and
17 Feb Robert F.
one daughter. Both her sons were outstanding achievers, excelling in
19 Feb Elaine B. swimming and Rugby League at a high-level and also achieving great
things, academically.
22 Feb Avis M.
Alice and her husband sold their business in the 1980s to retire and
pursue their hobbies and interests. Together, they enjoyed golf (which
Alice is very modest about, but which she has achieved a lot in, and is
greatly accomplished at).
Alice is extremely proud of her family, especially her five grandchildren
and five great grandchildren, who she enjoys spending time with and
playing with, very much. Alice was one of the first residents to move into
Bayswater Gardens, and she has made many friends in the last eighteen
months, but one (significant) friend to share her experiences with and
enjoy a lasting companionship with.
