Welcome

Hello to all our residents, friends and families,

What an excruciatingly hot summer we have just had. As the
temperatures soared I am certain we all appreciated we live in an
area surrounded by sparkling waters, wonderful restaurants and
Ladies Valentine's Lunch at Public Dining Room
excellent entertainment opportunities and avenues. With
reference to this, so many wonderful events were conducted
over summer here at Lansdowne Gardens enabling our residents
to enjoy their own entertainment program at the highest level.
One of these being a visiting choir from California who sang for
the residents on New Year's Eve. Thank you to all who attended
the Christmas celebrations and helped make this one of the best
Christmas events we have had. This year we decorated the
external balconies and fences with Christmas lights which
everyone, including the neighbours enjoyed immensely.
Autumn is here, and we look forward to being able to enjoy the
outdoor activities more frequently. The new outdoor deck is Public Dining Room at Balmoral Beach
completed in Camelia giving residents an amazing new living area
and many barbeques will follow. On behalf of the staff at
Lansdowne Gardens, I would like to thank you all for your
support, wonderful compliments and generosity you have shown
to all of us. Whilst it is our absolute pleasure and privilege to care
for your loved ones it is very gratifying to receive the positive
feedback and recognition you have shown.

So as the days cool down and the world fills with laughter
We look to our past in the hope we get smarter
One day at a time is all some can muster
But that’s okay because we are here forever after.
