Welcome

Hello to everyone. It’s great to see Summer finally arrive
and seeing residents spending time outside. It’s
especially wonderful having visitations recommence Jaya and Bob dancing
and finally meeting people for the first time. There have
been many emotional moments but lots of laughter and
happy faces.
I would like to introduce our new Clinical Care Manager,
Mabelle Bitar. She is working alongside Nina Perez to
support our residents, staff and yourselves in providing
the best possible evidence based clinical care. Our case
conferencing and care planning reviews are moving
forward but please reach out if you have any concerns
or issues you would like to discuss.

I’d like to thank all our Registered Nurses and Personal
Carers who have upheld Cranbrook Care’s values and
provided respectful, caring, passionate and genuine
care especially over the last few months. I’d also like to
say a special thank you to Ruth and Norma who have
supported the wellbeing of our residents to the best of
their ability and I say this because of the common
positive feedback I receive verbally from residents.
