News From Cranbrook Care
Introducing Collette Pasfield
My name is Collette Pasfield and I have been
working at Cranbrook Care since June 2021 in the
Clinical Compliance & Education Manager role.
I commenced nursing straight from school and have
never looked back! I have now worked over half of
my career in Aged Care and am very passionate
about ensuring that we provide high quality care to
the people from the generations before us that gave
so much to society.
I never thought I would be an Aged Care nurse, but
here I am 16 years later and loving it. I have a
passion for passing on knowledge to our future
nurses and helping move into the future of Aged
Care.
My goal is ensuring that Cranbrook Care provides
the highest quality service to our residents while
meeting our compliance requirements and ensuring
that our staff have the skills, knowledge and
resources they need to do this well.
I am looking forward to getting to know each of our
residences, the staff, and the residents so I can
understand what is required and develop tools and
resources to assist our staff in reaching our goals.
I look forward to meeting you all soon.

Congratulations Karuna for achieving our
Standing Ovation Award for your hard work.
Karuna’s passion for our resident's health is
appreciated every day. The empathy she
shows residents does not go unnoticed. She
takes the time to stop to assure our
residents that help is on the way which
changes their entire healthcare experience
and builds invaluable trust and respect.
Pastor Norma Lemon
Congratulations Pastor Norma for achieving
our Standing Ovation Award for your hard
work during our lockdown in August and
September. Pastor Norma’s genuine care and
thoughtfulness for our resident's wellbeing
are greatly appreciated. Whilst being in self‐
isolation herself she continued to reach out
to our residents from home to do her one
on ones and make sure everyone had
someone to talk to daily.
Karishma Dhimal
Congratulations Karishma for achieving our
Standing Ovation Award for continually
displaying a positive attitude towards our
residents. She is always happy and smiling.
Residents love her and nothing is ever too
much trouble.
