Meet Anne Ah Lam

If you would have told me three months ago that I would
be in charge of the kitchen at Bayswater Gardens, I
would have been surprised. I can’t even think of what I
would have done, as I am still coming to terms with it
now. Running my own kitchen has always been my
dream!

I have worked for Cranbrook Care for over six years now.
In that time, I have learnt so many new skills. But it was
in 2013 that my passion for cooking in Aged Care was For the Diary
ignited.

Ashley Thomson joined Lansdowne Gardens, to lead the Date Event
Catering team. Under his tutelage, I was able to develop
a solid foundation in the basics of cooking and cake- 4 Sep Dancing with Charles (9.30am)

my children whose ages range from 11-25! My eleven- 20-27 Oct Closing Ceremonies)
year old son (young man more like it) keeps me very Catholic and Anglican Services -
busy. He has developed a great passion for football and is 29 Oct TBC
currently playing Under 14’s Rugby League. He is a rising
star and I look forward to seeing him play in the finals at Jazz on The Green Event (2.00pm-
the conclusion of the season, which I hope he wins! 4 Nov 3.00pm)
