- An assignment transferring ownership of the registration from Bercktowne to Defiance U.S.A., Inc. was filed with an incorrect registration number. The USPTO records the assignment, but because of the error, it does not link to Bercktowne’s registration, and it was canceled on February 12, 2005. A corrective Assignment was filed on March 25, 2009, highlighting the incorrect registration and rectifying the error.
Lena Hermansson joined Defiance U.S.A. in September 2003 and have been designing the Brand since.
And here we are today - Da Vinci California 4.0. October 25, 2022 - The assignment transferring ownership of the registration from Christopher Wicks to Virgoan Wish, LLC, owned by Lena Hermansson, is registered by the USPTO.
