Olafur Eliasson (1967, IS/DK) graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and since 1995 he has lived and worked in Berlin where he founded Studio Olafur Eliasson functioning as a work and research collective. In 2003, he represented Denmark at the Venice Biennale and same year he had his iconic exhibition The weather project in The Turbine Hall at Tate Modern in London. He has exhibited at Foundation Louis Vuitton, FR; Moderna Museet in Stockholm, SE; Versailles, FR; Long Museum, CN; Samsung Museum of Art, KR; The Marciano Foundation,
US; Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, DK, and Guggenheim Bilbao, ES, among many others. He
has produced numerous projects in public space in countries such as the UK, Iceland, Germany, and Denmark.
