RE: Free Meals During Temporary Closure
To: Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District Families

In an effort to ensure all children and students under the age of 18 continue to receive access to
breakfast and lunch during the school district’s temporary closure, Sodexo and COCSD will be offering
free sack meals at two locations throughout the district.

Our priority in offering these meals is to minimize the risk of exposure to both our staff and the
community. To best accomplish this, a Sodexo Associate will be stationed at the front of each
location by the main office to distribute sacked breakfast/lunch to expedite the distribution of meals
to the children. This will allow parents to remain in their vehicles while the Associate brings the
meal(s) to the vehicle.

The two pickup locations are:

Oak Creek School
11490 Purple Sage Rd.
Cornville, AZ 86325

Cottonwood Education Services
301 North Willard Street
Cottonwood, AZ 86326

Breakfast pickup will run from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and lunch pickup will run from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00
p.m.

Please periodically check the COCSD website and Facebook page for changes in meal pickup times or
updates.
