How the process began

January 2020:

A management retreat at the Cambridge Mill where several topics
were discussed. One of which, was our Strategic Plan for 2020 and
onward.

While often referring to our Club Charter to help us through our
team exercises, it was soon discovered that the Club did not have a
“Values Statement”.

As a team we discussed the importance of a Value Statement and
how it relates to our culture and the future of the Club. This was
something the management team felt was missing from the
Charter and felt important to be added.

This information was shared with the Board of Directors who
suggested members of our Management Team put together the
Value Statement for the Club.
