Our claim consciously incorporates the past, sums up our strate- gic orientation and our corporate purpose. It describes our iden- tity and our positioning as an integrated automotive and indust- rial supplier in a short, emotional, easy-to-remember statement. We use it to communicate quickly and clearly what the Schaeff- ler brand stands for – today and in the future.

“Pioneer” stands for our innovative spirit that was rooted in our invention of the cage-guided needle bearing and continues to propel us forward in shaping the future of motion and mobility.
