Day 1 – Thu: Malaga, Costa del Sol
Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and escorted to your hotel in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol. Therestofthedayisfreeforyoutorest and recuperate from the overnight trip. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. [D]
Day 2 – Fri: Costa del Sol, Tarifa, Tangier, Rabat, Casablanca
Drive along the picturesque tourist route of Costa del Sol, arrive to Tarifa where a ferry boat will be used for a short and interesting crossing of the strait of Gibraltar towards Africa. Arrival to Tangier, disembark, clear customs and drive southwards via Larache to Rabat, diplomatic and administrative capital, official residence of the King Mohamed VI. City tour visiting the important sights
as the Royal Palace (f rom outside), Mohamed V Mausoleum and the unfinished Hassan Tower which are important examples of the Almohade architecture. Afterwards, departure to Casablanca, current industrial and economic capital and the most populated city housing 10% of the country’s population. Time at leisure before dinner and accommodation at the hotel. [B/D]
Day 3 – Sat: Casablanca, Marrakech
Breakfast at the hotel and panoramic city tour through the most interesting sections of the city like Anfa Boulevard, Nations Square, residential areas and outside visit to Hassan II grand
mosque. Departure towards Marrakech, capital of Southern Morocco, located within an extensive oasis between the Atlas Mountains and the pre-desertic area next to the Sahara Desert. The city sightseeing includes the Koutoubia Tower (twin tower to the Giralda in Seville), Saadines Tombs and Bay Palace. Then, walk around the medina souks and the magic Jma El Fna Square, which is packed with fortune tellers, snake tamers, acrobats, dancers, all making the center of the city an open air theatre that requires the audience’s
participation. Don’t forget your camera. Dinner and accommodation at hotel or you may arrange with your guide an optional dinner and show at Chez Ali Fantasia Club. [B/D]
Day 4 – Sun: Marrakech, Meknes, Fez
After breakfast northeast departure to Meknes, protected by 25 miles of old walls, and another imperial city located in the heart of the Mid Atlas. The panoramic tour lets you admire the great Bab (gate) Al Mansour, Morocco’s most beautiful gate and the best-known monument in town. Afterwards departure to Fez, the most monumental of the Imperial Cities, home to Karaouyne University,
