• Cell biologists:
-Are scientists who study cells.
➢ Cell biologists work in labs and do experiments to study:
-How cell work inside living organisms.
-How cells respond to different variables.
➢ Cell biologists analyze data and present their researches where:
-Some of them work with doctors G.R
to watch how cell can work to repair cell parts or how cells respond to different medicine.
-The other work in agriculture G.R
To study how plant cell can work to respond to different environmental factors.
• Staining cells:
➢ Cells are usually clear and colorless.
➢ Stains are used to add color and make the cell structure more visible.
➢ Methylene blue dye that helps you see the nucleus as a blue area.
• Cells in 3D:
➢ Scientists have built a microscope that show the cell in 3D which means that they can
see the top, sides and layers of cell:
1. -The 3D microscope takes pictures of the cell in layers.
2. -Then, a computer puts these layers together.
3. -Finally, colors are added to the formed image.
➢ 3D Microscope can help:
-Cell biologists learn more about cell components and how cell divide.
-Doctors to treat cancer which is caused by cells that divide too quickly.
