CLP Regulation
The new European Regulation on Classi cation, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (EC1272/2008), known as the CLP Regulation, came into force in January 2009.
There is a two stage transition process with substances being re-labelled by 1st December 2010, and mixtures being re-labelled by 1st June 2015.
