P. 15
WHAT IS THIS?
You’ve probably been told you think too much, too fast, or too weird.
But what if that’s your edge?
We’ve all been exposed to models of “how we
learn” or “how we think” - learning styles,
personality types, or multiple intelligences.
Some offer insight. Others box us in.
You may know of Gardner’s model of Multiple
Intelligences - Word Smart, Picture Smart,
People Smart, Logic Smart, Self Smart and so
on. These labels helped many of us feel seen.
But in the new era, what matters even more is
how flexible your thinking is — how
intentionally you can shift modes to meet the
moment.
What we’re interested in here is not your label
but your edge. The cognitive engines you
naturally lean on when you’re solving,
creating, sensing, or leading. That’s where your superpowers live - and the Agile Thinker Dial
helps make them visible.
We want to identify your agile edge - the mental modes that feel like home, and the ones you tend
to avoid. This is your thinking Sit Rep - a personal snapshot of how your brain currently works.
Not a fixed identity, but a moment of clarity before you build what’s next. You’ll carry this insight
forward into your Story (Prompt 7), Brand Signal (Prompt 8), and Skill Stack (Prompt 9).
Each mode in the Dial represents a different way of thinking - from logical and structured, to
empathic and inspired. You may find you resonate with one or two modes most strongly. That’s
natural. But the real power is in knowing how to turn the dial - to adapt your thinking to suit the
moment, the challenge, or the role you’re stepping into.
Don’t overthink it. This prompt is about building awareness, not boxing yourself in.
The goal isn’t to define yourself with another label - it’s to notice your power.
And learn how to turn the dial when it matters most.
This is where you start to own how you think - not as a label or personality type, but as your most
powerful tool. You’ll also make space for a different kind of clarity: identifying the traits, habits,
or thinking patterns that used to serve you - but now hold you back. Because as you grow, not
everything should come with you. You’ll begin to see yourself more clearly - not as a “type,” but
as a thinking system. And from that clarity comes power.
You’re not starting from scratch.
You’re starting from strength.
