Page 57 - LifeWork POWER STORY SIGNAL ChatBook
P. 57
· You might hit daily message limits
· It won’t remember past chats — each session is a clean slate
· So you’ll need to paste in your prompts and reflections again
Tips to get great results:
· Always paste your Human Prompt reflections they’re the power source
· Begin each session with a reminder like:
“Hi ChatGPT - I’m working through a Life^Work Chat^Book. Here’s my story/context…”
· Then paste the full ChatGPT prompt
· If it resets and forgets, just re-feed it - that’s part of the loop
· This isn’t extra effort. It’s the practice that makes this powerful.
Be patient. Stay in the loop. This is how transformation gets traction.
USING OTHER TOOLS (Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
This guide works with other LLMs too with a few tweaks.
They vary in how well they handle:
· Context and memory
· Reframing in your tone
· Following structured prompts
You’ll know what works best for you.
If you're using another tool:
· Reflect first - give personal, clear input
· Paste the full prompt (adapt it if needed)
· Stay in the loop: reflect → input → review → refine
· Context lost? Just feed it again.
· Hit a limit? Paste in smaller chunks.
What about Gemini or Perplexity?
· Many free tools don't handle prompting as deeply as ChatGPT but you can still use this
guide
· Keep the PDF open in one tab, the AI tool in another
· Copy your chosen prompt + reflections and paste
· You don’t need fancy features. You just need context, clarity, and YOU.
No matter the tool - it’s your clarity, your input, and your willingness to play that makes this
powerful.
