                 Faris                                       •   We discussed the work issues whilst you are on holiday and agreed

                 Session 4:                                  •   We discussed the equation below – whilst you cannot always control

                 Card/ 1                                     •   We discussed the impact of the PIF 2 month Loop and how we need to
                                                                 build this into the design of your Masterpiece Year to ensure you can
                                                                 deliver your Life^ Work goals.



               •   We discussed the learning from the Vision 2030 Leader Application Process and await a decision early January
                   on if you are in this Years intake. We agreed dependent upon the response we would build your learning
                   program for the year. Some of our discussed actions have been put into your draft plan.

               •   We discussed changing roles in 2023 to get the job before the CEO role. Selection of the right role and remit is
                   crucial. We looked at the Makkah opportunity and the PIF rules that may get in the way. We agreed you would
                   seek to meet with your contact and manage the ‘Response’ so that it moves forward without challenge. Whilst
                   you can resign it would be better if it were agreed. It will help your CV and the transition can be managed.
                   However they will probably not want to lose you so that has to be factored in. We also agreed on the importance
                   of the overall compensation package to deliver on your personal 5 year vision. I also reflected on the need for
                   KPI’s based upon the commercial outcomes of a Vision 2030 project. We can discuss this on our next call.

               •   We discussed the Life^Work Wheel and brainstormed ideas that are collated in the Vision and Planner that
                   follow.

                q Visit Riyadh to push along legal case as my objective was to conclude this in 2022
                q Arrange special magic moment Anniversary date night on Christmas Eve with Lulu
                q Work with Jilli on creating my plan and getting more balance
