          Fresh Eyes Review


          Start where you are, not where you think you should be.

           Purpose

           Ø   Looking at where you are with curiosity, not judgment.
           Ø   To reflect honestly and with curiosity on your current brand story — what’s working,
               what’s missing, and what might be evolving to identify ‘Where we are now’.

          Radically Useful Questions


           • What is your story?
           • Why are we doing this?

           • Who are you? At your best?  At your worst? (SWOT?)

           • What drives you?

           • What do you really want?

           • What do people consistently come to you for?

           • What’s energising you — and what’s draining you?

           • What is your brand narrative now?

           • What’s no longer true about your story or strengths?


           • What’s missing from how others see or experience you?

           • If your brand was a headline right now — what would it say?
