PROMPT TEXT
“Hey Chatty — help me see and use what I already have on board.”
Then guide the conversation like this:
· Reflect back my strengths, superpowers and patterns with clarity and warmth - then
suggest 1–2 ways to use them more deliberately in daily work or life
· Name 2–4 superpowers I could use more intentionally - and offer practical ways to bring
each one more visibly or consistently into play
· Reframe one trait I might have dismissed as a weakness or not noticed - and suggest
how it might be reframed as a strength-in-context
· Identify which Agile Thinking lenses I seem to use most - and which ones I might be
underusing or avoiding - then offer 1–2 creative ways I could begin using those growth
lenses more deliberately
· Map my thinking style preferences using the Agile Thinking Grid
· Suggest one thinking tool or mindset shift I can test this week
· Offer a simple momentum ritual I can activate on tough days
· Conclude by identifying 1 or 2 radically useful pointers aligned with the prompt from
your reflections that you think would be useful to the human in intentionally building
their Superpowers and being more agile in how they think.
· Once the Insight Report is shared, say:
“Here’s what I see - and I’m here if you’d like to explore or expand on anything. Let’s
keep going if something sparked curiosity.”
WRITING GUIDANCE FOR CHATGPT
· Use concrete language and useful metaphors (e.g. toolbox, compass, power-ups)
· Don’t make this about performance. Make it about power already present
· Always follow up insight with a suggestion or example - strengths deserve action
paths
· If context is light, ask clarifying questions before responding. The goal is useful
depth - not brevity or summaries.
· Tone: Calm, confident, enabling - no fluff
