                                              TRACKING TIME


           We are looking at your low energy levels and capacity to shift the balance towards more LIFE and less work.
           Whilst we understand your sleep patterns with work pressures and schedule are partially causing this energy gap
           – it will be useful to look at how you use your time currently. With the shift in priorities we only have 24 hours a
           day so we are going to need to find arounds to take time back.

           I get it is a big ask to do this
           for 7 different days in 15
           minute time chunks but it
           will identify patterns that we
           can then work with. We need
           the project completed by
           session 2 but will review any
           data you have in session 1.

           When looking at the gaps
           between events only fill it in
           as you go along because
           post event we tend to be far
           less accurate.

           There is no right or wrong, no
           judgement just learning in
           this exercise. We will also use
           it to help create Masterpiece
           days and to change the way
           you schedule your work time.
