The Planning Section is
deliberately limited in it’s focus
– just enough to help you
identify your 3 to 8 goal areas
for the 100 day challenge. Our
focus is on the 15 weeks to
make sure you the end your
year on a high. Do aim high and
push yourself hard but do be
SMART in setting your goals..
To provide a wider context and
support your thinking we
provide two life pie’s and a
simple brainstorm to identify
‘30 Things to Have, Do and Be’.
There is a 2 page Planner for
each goal. We allow for 8 but
you may want to focus on
fewer. What is the Goal? Why is
it important? Who can you
involve to help you? Who do
you need to be to achieve it?
What do you need to do to set
yourself up to win? What result/
outcome tells you it is achieved
successfully?
Then there is a Battle Board to
plan the actions needed. Start
with a Post It Notes Brainstorm’
then fill in the 12 boxes.
There is a Habit Tracker that
allows you to identify and
monitor up to 8 daily habits.
Consistent small steps are a
significant contributor to
successfully achieving anything.
