WEEKLY Take onboard the wins, struggles and lessons from the week and then reflect on
what these are telling you. The narrative that come from these lessons provides
thoughts, new ideas and questions to further ponder.
REVIEW 6 Traits
Score yourself out of 10 – it is more ‘a feeling score’ rather than scientific.
Although always ask yourself why you are giving the score and add anything
noteworthy to your Reflections.
1. Focus – Did you maintain your focus on your goals and priorities?
2. Energy – Did you live with intention and full on energy to give the best
performance throughout the week that you are capable of?
3. Hunger and GRIT (Passion and Perseverance) – Did you stay highly
motivated, driven by your passion for your dreams/ goals and stick with it
when times got tough?
4. Owner Drive – Did you own and take full responsibility for your work and life
choices and the outcomes you got?
5. Productivity – Did you achieve what you set out to? Did you deliver on your
commitments? Are you satisfied with what you achieved?
6. Courage – Did you step outside your comfort zone and stretch, take some
risks or raise your hand to volunteer for something new?

you are curious about or unexpected you learned from this week.
The QUESTION
Having completed the Weekly Review reflect on what is the BIG question you
need to answer based upon your week? This could be something to ask your
subconscious or a more tactical question about something that happened? You
can actively seek to answer it in the following freeform notes pages or just put it
out there into the world and then sleep on it.
