for its 6 month investigation of the Sharron Watkins 13 page
letter and the allegations contained in it

Andersen billed $52 million for audit and accounting
services the year prior to bankruptcy and $200 million for
consulting services

5000 jobs eliminated, $61 billion in shareholder value lost,
average 401K loss $83K per employee, and the collapse of
100 year old Arthur Andersen in 2002
