                                                 HB21-1111 Consent to Collect Personal Information
                                                 (Rep McKean, Sen Bridges and Gonzales)
                                                  The bill directs the Office of Information to create an
                                                  advisory group to study where personally identifying
                                                  information is stored by state agencies.
                            PPIAC Bills          HB21-1214 Record Sealing
                                                 (Rep Weissman and Bacon, Sen Coleman and Lee)
                                                  The bill makes several updates to the sealing of
                                                  criminal records; creates an automatic process to seal
                                                  eligible drug convictions; and retroactively allows
                                                  adults and juveniles to petition for relief from
                                                  collateral consequences.
