Visionary Leadership
Dr. Fabian Fregoli serves as President and Chief Medical Officer of Trinity Health
Oakland Hospital, where he leads the strategic, clinical, and operational
direction of one of Oakland County’s largest community teaching hospitals. A
board-certified family physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family
Physicians, Dr. Fregoli is widely recognized for his commitment to high-quality,
patient-centered care and his ability to build strong, mission-driven clinical
teams.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fregoli has focused on advancing clinical excellence,
improving system performance, and strengthening partnerships between health-
care providers, medical education programs, and the surrounding community. At
Trinity Health Oakland, he oversees quality and safety initiatives, physician
engagement, clinical program development, and efforts to expand access to

Trinity Health Oakland Hospital is a 497-bed community teaching hospital that has served the Pontiac region for more than

nine decades. As a member of Trinity Health Michigan, one of the state’s largest faith-based health systems, the hospital is

deeply committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the diverse communities of Oakland County.

The hospital provides a broad range of clinical services, including Level II trauma care, cardiovascular medicine, stroke

services, orthopedics, oncology, women’s health, and advanced surgical care. Its facilities include modern operating

suites, a dedicated surgical pavilion, and a South Patient Tower featuring more than 200 private rooms designed to enhance

patient comfort and recovery. The hospital also maintains a renovated mother-baby unit that supports safe, family-

centered obstetric care.
